BANG at The StandardX is crafted to unite people. Inspired by Thai street food, our dishes transport flavor and culture from Bangkok to Fitzroy. Sustainable ingredients take center stage across our seasonally driven menus, where traditional Thai recipes are transformed using produce sourced from Melbourne and Victoria.
BANG at The StandardX is open for breakfast, lunch,
and dinner from 7AM-10PM daily.
Meet Justin
Chef Justin’s extensive travels and culinary influences have brought him back to his native Melbourne. His global expertise shines through in BANG at The StandardX’s diverse flavours—as well as his passion for sustainability. Justin has forged close relationships of Victoria’s vast array of growers and producers, bringing local ingredients to every dish.
